Hiyama Studios value our customers and appreciate your interest. Please remember that our products are unique due to their hand-fabricated nature and may not be immediately available. If you have any questions or comments regarding a particular piece, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases are shipped via USPS Insured with a signature upon receipt required. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or AFPO’S. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Please ensure the email address provided is accurate and up to date.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Return Policy

Hiyama Studios wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will accept unworn, unused or defective merchandise for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip and original packaging with tags attached for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or studio credit for up to 60 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns and exchanges.

If the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of goods sold and your original postage. No credits or refunds will be issued on used, worn or damaged goods.

Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so that we may better serve you in the future. You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been received in good order and a credit or exchange has been issued.
